Get Started
Access your Live Well W&L account (through Sonic Boom) using one of the following methods:
- Login to MyApps (SSO), search for “Sonic Boom Wellness."
- Login to your Live Well W&L account using your personal Live Well W&L credentials (as opposed to your W&L credentials).
- Search for the “Sonic Boom Wellness” app (purple rocket) on your mobile device.
If you haven’t activated your account yet, click on “New to Sonic Boom?” and set your personal username and password. (Note: these are different than your W&L credentials.) If you have activated your account but can’t remember your login, click “Forgot Login."
Start Earning Tokens
Earn six (6) tokens by June 1 to receive a discount on your W&L health insurance premiums from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027, or a $100 Main Street Lexington gift certificate. The two, red Essential tokens – Know Your Numbers and Preventive Wellbeing – are required.
How to Collect Tokens
Click on the “REWARDS” tab, and then click on any of the categories. Find one that you’ve completed, enter the date that you completed it, and hit submit.
Some of the many ways to earn tokens:
- Volunteer in the community (Social Wellbeing)
- Meet with TIAA, Fidelity, or SageView to discuss your retirement account. It’s free! See the schedule of on-campus visits (Financial Wellbeing)
- Visit any of the W&L Museums (Intellectual Wellbeing)
- Get your biometric screening done (Know Your Numbers).
- Click on the “My Health” button in the upper-right corner (or the heart icon) and then “Biometrics - Enroll Now.” Choose “At a Patient Service Center” to schedule an appointment at the Quest Lab on Washington Street. If you schedule your appointment through Live Well W&L, it’s free and you automatically earn the Know Your Numbers token!
Do You Have a Spouse/Domestic Partner on Your Health Insurance?
If so, encourage them to set up their own Live Well W&L account, and together you can earn an even greater discount! Follow these easy directions.
Program Rewards
All activities must be completed and logged by June 1, 2026 to be eligible for the rewards.

About the Program
Participation in Live Well W&L, the university’s wellness program, offers rewards for your wellbeing and a significant discount on your W&L health insurance premium (up to $900/year), or a gift certificate if you do not have W&L’s health insurance.
The Program is SIMPLE
Simply earn SIX tokens by June 1, 2026 by complete one activity in six of the categories below:

- Intellectual Wellbeing

It adapts to your needs and lifestyle. There are over 2,968 ways to complete the program!
For example:
- Carry a reusable water bottle
- Read (or listen to) a book
- Walk in the Live Well W&L 5K Fun Run/Walk
- Get your annual physical
- Volunteer in the community or at an event
