Support for Quitting Tobacco and/or Vaping
If you’re thinking about quitting tobacco or vaping, you’re not alone - and support is available. Consulting with a healthcare provider is a great first step. They can help you explore safe and effective cessation strategies, including Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and behavioral counseling. Research shows that combining NRT with counseling can significantly improve your chances of success.
