Staff Recognition Banquet

Washington and Lee University recognizes and honors staff who have reached certain service milestones. Awards are presented to employees in recognition for years of service beginning at 5 years and at every five-year milestone beyond. In the spring, a special luncheon is held in their honor. Staff who are retiring during that fiscal year are also honored.

The 36th Annual Employee Recognition Banquet will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 11:30 AM in Evans Hall. The university will recognize staff who are retiring this year and those reaching employment milestones beginning with five years of service.
