W&L University Facilities Rewards Recognition Program

University Facilities staff

University Facilities has a program to reward employees who provide exceptional service to their customers, support their co-workers, perform high-quality work, help us innovate and improve, and generally enhance the reputation of University Facilities and Washington and Lee.

Nominations will be solicited in September and October, received by November 1 and presented in December.

To nominate a University Facilities employee, fill out the appropriate Nomination Form below and either submit electronically online or drop your printed form into the Nomination Drop Box, located on the reception counter in the UFO.

Rising Star Customer Service Award

The Rising Star Customer Service Award recognizes a University Facilities employee with less than four years of service.

Professional Customer Service Award

The Professional Customer Service Award recognizes a University Facilities employee with more than four years of service.
