Using a computerized maintenance management system, our Customer Service Specialists communicate the needs of the W&L community to our professional staff of custodial services, tradespeople, health and safety professionals, and construction managers.

If you have an immediate request for additional space to accommodate changing program needs or if you wish to request a space change, please reach out the University Architect or the Interior Designer for assistance.

The university maintains several apartments and houses that are administered by the College and managed by University Facilities. The units are available only for W&L faculty.

The Interior Designer provides assistance to campus clients in the coordination and procurement of furniture, signage, window treatments, and finish selections for small renovations and new construction projects of all ranges and sizes.

The University has a six passenger golf cart available for campus transportation. The cart can be reserved by departments on a daily or weekly basis by contacting the University Facilities Service Center.

Capital Requests may be entered in the Capital Request system year round.
