Pasquale Stelianos Toscano, B.A., Class of 2017

Paqui is from Kettering, Ohio. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in English and classics. As a students, he served four years on the Student Judicial Council, including as chair during 2015-16. He was a member of the Steering Committee and chair of the Platform Committee for the 2016 Mock Republican Convention. He is vice president of Omicron Delta Kappa’s Alpha Circle and was chosen as ODK’s leader of the year. He was also named ODK’s national academic leader of the year. Toscano was tapped for Phi Beta Kappa honors as a junior. The recipient of numerous honors and awards from W&L, Paqui has won a 2016 Beinecke Scholarship for postgraduate study. Paqui intends to pursue a Ph.D. in English with the hopes of eventually becoming a college professor.
