Financial Aid

All Students

  • The first day all Undergraduate Students who are eligible to work can begin working is Thursday, September 4, 2025.

Work-Study Students

  • All first-year students who have Work-Study must attend the First-Year Work-Study Orientation Meeting on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 10 am in Stackhouse Theater.
  • Work-Study Students cannot work during Winter Break (December 13 - January 7).
  • Work-Study Students are allowed to work during Washington Break (February 23 - February 27) and Spring Break (April 18 - April 26). 
  • The last day Work-Study Students may work for the academic year is Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Department Funded Students

  • Department Funded students can start work from September 4, 2025 until May 29, 2026.
