Important Fall Term Dates and Deadlines for Financial Aid Related Matters

Work-Study

• September 4, 2025: Eligible students may begin working
• September 26, 2025: Last day to meet with supervisors, set a schedule, and review HR paperwork
• September 27, 2025: HR paperwork must be done to maintain Work-Study position

First Time Borrower’s Meeting

*Mandatory for students with loans. Choose one session.

• September 10, 2025, at 6:00 pm in Stackhouse Theater
• September 16, 2025, at 7:00 pm in Stackhouse Theater

Study Abroad - General (Center for International Education)

Review this for important dates and deadlines, including the Study Abroad Fair, general information sessions, and application materials. Confirmed students to be studying abroad for a term are required to attend a financial aid meeting. Direct communication is sent from the Office of Financial Aid in advance of the dates below:
