Conduct a site visit to become familiar with your program location, on-site partner, and to perform a “test run” of your program; funding is available through the Center for International Education.
Eligibility
- The course is new and will be taught in the Spring of 2028
- The site visit must be completed before Feb 28, 2027, for STA 2028 (however, we recommend far earlier, such as the summer of 2026).
- Please obtain a signed Initial Request Form prior to submitting a grant request.
- If approved, register your site visit in the W&L Travel Registry at least two weeks before departure.
Begin Site-Visit Grant Application OR access your applicant page to resume a site visit grant application you’ve already started.
