UBA Appeal 1
The University Board of Appeals (UBA) by a majority vote (2-0) found no grounds to hear an appeal submitted by an undergraduate student of an imposed conduct sanction. Accordingly, the original sanctions were imposed immediately.
- Found responsible for COVID-19 violation and was removed from Campus and required to attend classes virtually for the remainder of the academic year.
The decision by the UBA is final.
