Residence Life volunteers help first year students on move-in day

For emergency maintenance concerns such as water leaks or power outages, please dial Public Safety at 540-458-8999. All work requests should be submitted in a timely manner to avoid delays and/or worsening issues.

  • Non-Emergency Facility or Maintenance Concerns: If you have non-emergency facility or maintenance concerns, please submit a work request to University Facilities via Limble. You may submit a request at any time.  
  • Work Request Status Updates: To follow up on the status of a maintenance work request, please email facilities@wlu.edu or dial 540-458-8490.
  • Technology Issues: For technology concerns, such as WiFi issues, please email help@wlu.edu or dial 540-458-4357.
