Amanda Tan ‘26
Amanda Tan ‘26 (Editor-in-Chief) is from Richmond, Virginia. She is majoring in Cognitive and Behavioral Science and Business Administration. She is an RA on campus and enjoys writing poetry and baking in her spare time. Amanda is a member of the field hockey team, co-captain of the Ethics Bowl team, as well as a flautist for the University Wind Ensemble and Orchestra. She also serves as vice president for PAACE (Pan Asian Association for Cultural Exchange). Her career interests include HR consulting, clinical psychology, and strategy.
Saaraim Nunez ‘27
Saaraim Nunez ‘27 (Co Editor-in-Chief) is from Indianapolis, Indiana. He is majoring in Philosophy with a minor in Poverty & Human Capability Studies. He serves as the president of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America), the Interpretations Chair for ESOL, and is part of the Ethics Bowl team. In his free time, Saaraim likes to play and watch soccer, practice Portuguese, and volunteer through the Bonner Program.
Kaia Lain ‘28
Kaia Lain ‘28 (Associate Editor) is from Queens, NY. She is double majoring in Accounting and Philosophy. She is a Student Advancement Officer with the W&L Fund, volunteers at a local elementary school, and works at Campus Mail Services. In her free time, Kaia enjoys playing for the club volleyball team, cooking, and going to the gym.
Claire DiChiaro ‘26
Claire DiChiaro ‘26 is from Norwalk, Connecticut. She is majoring in English and Strategic Communication and minoring in Digital Culture and Information. She is a Writing Center tutor, a team member of wluLex, and a member of the Outing Club. After graduation, she intends to work in advertising in account management. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and playing pickleball.
Roman Schlichter ‘26
Roman Schlichter ‘26 is from Salt Lake City, Utah. He is majoring in Philosophy and Politics with a minor in Law, Justice and Society. On campus, he serves as president of the Ethics Bowl team, vice president of the CRUX Climbing Team, president of Generals Discourse, secretary for the Student Judicial Council, and enthusiastic amateur in the Chess Club. Outside of academics, Roman can often be found running local trails, backpacking, reading in a hammock, or baking cookies to share with friends.
Clara Avery ‘27
Clara Avery ‘27 is from Glens Falls, NY. She is majoring in Earth and Environmental Geoscience (EEG). She is an executive board member of CRUX, an Eco-Rep, the cello section leader in the University Orchestra, a Key Staff at the Outing Club, the social chair of the American Heart Association (AHA) Club and the president of the Philosophy Discussion Club. In her free time, she enjoys caving, setting new routes at the climbing wall, running, hiking and spending time with friends.
Davis Amare ‘28
Davis Amare ‘28 is from Fairhope, Alabama. He is pursuing a double major in Biochemistry and French. He participates in plant biology research and loves to swim in his spare time. He is a member of the Men’s Cross Country and Track and Field team and is vice president of the French student organization (FSO). His career interest include medicine, particularly nephrology, as well as agricultural sciences and engineering.
Amelia Lanier ‘28
Amelia Lanier ‘28 is from Richmond, Kentucky. She is majoring in Journalism and Politics with a minor in Poverty and Human Capability Studies. In addition to being a member of the editorial board, Amelia is also a staff writer for the Ring-Tum Phi, a member of Phi Beta Phi, and University Orchestra. In her free time, Amelia enjoys going to art galleries and making gifts for her friends.
Abby Demers ‘29
Abby Demers ‘29 is from Sioux City, Iowa. She intends to major in Neuroscience and Philosophy. On campus, Abby is an executive board member of the Philosophy Discussion Club, the president of Cantatrici (W&L’s treble choir), and a member of the Outing Club and the Thomistic Institute. She is excited to begin biochemistry research on drug delivery in the summer of 2026. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, journaling, and exploring new places and ideas with friends.
Oyinladun Akinroluyo ‘29
Oyinladun Akinroluyo ‘29 is from Middletown, Delaware. She is a Philosophy major with minors in Poverty and Human Capability Studies and Law, Justice, and Society. On campus, Oyinladun works as the Digital Content Intern for the DeLaney Center and is part of LEAD, is on the executive board of Philosophy Discussion Club, and is the Freshman Liaison for the Student Organization for Black Unity. Oyinladun has a strong interest in ethics and civil rights and wants to champion those interests through a legal career. In her free time, Oyinladun likes to read comics, listen to music, and watch multi-season 2000’s dramas.
Kerem Dulger ‘29
Kerem Dulger ‘29 is from Marlboro, New Jersey. He is planning to double-major in Physics and Economics and minor in Data Science. He is currently involved with the Williams Investment Society as a Shadow Member. He is also actively pursuing data-related research in preparation for a future career in sports analytics. In his free time, he enjoys playing club/intramural sports, spending time with friends, and exploring new places.
Carlie Hall ‘29
Carlie Hall ‘29 is from Lexington, Kentucky. She is majoring in English and Strategic Communications with a minor in Law, Justice, and Society. On campus, she is a student associate and intern in the Office of Career Strategy for the W&L School of Law, serves on the University Library Committee, and is a tutor for the Youth Literacy Program. Carlie is also an intern for a social publishing company called TogetherInWitness and works to promote books through social impact. She enjoys road trips with her friends and loves to read mystery novels in her free time.
