Registration
Registration is now closed. If you haven’t registered for Parents and Family Weekend 2026, please visit the registration table in the Elrod Commons during registration hours when you arrive on campus. We’ll be happy to help you register in person.
Lodging
Out-of-town guests should make their own hotel reservations. Parents of First-Year students are urged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. View lodging options in Lexington.
Habitat Hotel
SOLD OUT
Many parents take advantage of Habitat Hotel, a fund-raising effort supported by the students of the W&L Habitat Campus Chapter. Local volunteer hosts invite families into their homes for the weekend. There is a charge of $185 per night for a single room and a $150 extra charge per night for an additional room, with funds raised going to Rockbridge Habitat for Humanity to help with the construction of another Habitat house in Lexington. Non-refundable deposit of $185 required to register.
