University Counseling Center staff

W&L partners with TELUS, a free 24/7 teletherapy service, to provide phone, text, or video counseling support to registered W&L students. Once a student registers, this service may be used year-round within the US or abroad.

Counseling support can be accessed in real time or through a scheduled session and can offer support in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese (simplified Chinese text) and French.

Additionally, W&L partners with TELUS for after-hours risk assessment. These are conducted by a trained clinician with expertise in crisis counseling and assessment.
