Washington and Lee University will host the 71st annual celebration of Parents and Family Weekend, October 24 - October 26, 2025, honoring the families of W&L students. The weekend will combine informational and recreational activities, giving parents the opportunity to meet with members of the faculty, review campus life, and participate in social events.
Registration
Online registration is now closed. If you haven’t already signed up for Parents and Family Weekend 2025, please visit the registration table in the Evans Hall Lobby when you arrive on campus. We’ll be happy to assist you with in-person registration.
Parking on Campus
Visiting family members are encouraged to park in the parking garage (95 E Denny Circle). It is a short walk up the hill to Evans Hall, Located at 204 West Washington St.
On-Campus – Checking In
The Parents and Family Weekend Schedule of Events is subject to change. Please check back often for updates and upon arriving to Lexington, please check in at the registration table in Evans Dining Hall Lobby to receive your name tag and any special notices.
Online On Campus
Most of the campus is wireless, and you may use computer terminals in the Leyburn Library. For instructions on connecting to the wireless network, visit the ITS Wireless Network FAQ webpage.
Available Recreation Activities
Duchossois Athletic and Recreation Center
- Fitness Center: Guests of students are allowed fitness center access on Parents and Family Weekend. Student needs to notify Patti Colliton collitonp@wlu.edu about their guests who will be coming to use the facility in advance.
