The committee operates on a July 1 - June 30 fiscal year. Proposals may be submitted at any time, but they are reviewed semiannually, in November and March.  The submission deadlines for the two rounds of evaluations for 2024-25 will be November 8, 2024, and March 21, 2025. 

The Committee will consider grants up to $9,999. Barring extraordinary circumstances, organizations are asked to limit their requests to one per fiscal year (July 1 through the following June 30).

When possible, please submit materials electronically as attachments (Word or PDF) to the committee at kbrinkley@wlu.edu.
