In order to meet the increasing trend of American students’ study in China, to support the US government’s aim at putting forward President Obama’s call for 100,000 Strong Initiative Program, and to reinforce Sino-US communication and cooperation in academic research among universities, the Chinese government has set up this special scholarship program for all American students, undergraduates and graduates alike, to attract more outstanding American students to study in China.
