Hands-on cooking experiences in village kitchens and local farms introduce the traditions of Tuscan cuisine, from fresh pasta and rich sauces to classic desserts. Visits to renowned towns such as Pienza and Cortona blend wine, architecture, and culture, while a farm-to-table lunch at Podere Il Casale highlights the region’s deep roots in the slow food movement.
The journey concludes in Siena amid lively piazzas and medieval streets, culminating with a farewell dinner at Badia a Coltibuono, a historic winery dating to 1051 — a fitting toast to la dolce vita and an experience that lingers long after departure.
