Summer College Programs

Weekend Seminars
W&L’s fall, winter, and spring weekend seminars remain a popular offering of Lifelong Learning, providing participants with a substantive and engaging weekend getaway in the beautiful surroundings of Lexington and Rockbridge County. Participants stay in local inns, while the program sessions, receptions, dinners, and lunches take place on campus. Each seminar begins on Friday afternoon and concludes after lunch on Saturday.

Abigail Inn

The Gin Hotel

Our campus programs and Summer College are known not only for their engaging content but also for their exceptional dining experiences. Guests enjoy bountiful, beautifully prepared lunches and dinners served in charming venues across campus. We make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, and W&L’s nationally recognized food service remains one of the signature features of our campus and Summer College programs.
