Your Annual Fund Dollars at Work

It All Adds Up

Just as the value of a W&L education is more than the sum of its parts, our alumni’s lifelong association with W&L comes not just from one single experience, but an accumulation of experiences. Similarly, the impact of the Annual Fund comes from a multitude of gifts, large and small, and the participation of many individual alumni. When just ten $100 Annual Fund gifts add up to the equivalent of $21,367 in endowment, it’s easy to see the impact of the Annual Fund on the student experience. Every gift matters because they all add up to something truly impactful.

The opportunities that W&L students have today, both in and out of the classroom, ensure that a W&L education remains particularly useful and relevant in today’s higher education landscape. It is the sum of a liberal arts core, professional and practical experience, and a culture of honor, integrity and civility that allow W&L to provide an education that makes sense in the modern world.

W&L’s new Strategic Plan distills the W&L experience into four key areas: Curriculum, Community, Citizenship and Campus. The Annual Fund supports each of these aspects of the W&L experience, which add up to an education you won’t find anywhere else.
