Robert D. Straughan Crawford Family Dean of the Williams School and Professor of Business Administration
Dean Straughan and his wife Leslie Straughan have two sons, Matthew and Kevin. Matthew is a graduate of Bridgewater College, where he studied health and exercise science and played football. He now works as a commercial real estate analyst in Richmond, Virginia. Kevin graduated from Elon University, where he studied marketing and international business. He now works in sales and business development with a cybersecurity firm in the Boston area. Within the Lexington community, Leslie has served as the president of Rockbridge Area Habitat for Humanity, the chairperson of the Lexington City School Board, a board member for Project Horizon, and in numerous other community support roles. She works as the office manager at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Lexington and was recently elected to the Lexington City Council. Dean Straughan served for many years on the board of directors of Lexington Lacrosse, the local youth lacrosse program, including stints as both president and secretary. He has also coached youth basketball, baseball, and lacrosse.
