Student Device Support
What is it?
The ITS Help Desk provides limited support for personally owned computers, smartphones and tablets:
- Minor repairs, or referral to repair services.
- Configuration of devices for use with W&L wireless network and W&L e-mail.
- Assistance in installing W&L-licensed software.
Students have access to Windows and Macintosh computers in public labs across campus, as well as departmental labs.
