Accounts Payable Schedule Change-Feb. 15th

Due to the banks being closed on Monday, February 15, 2016 all documents for the Tuesday February 16, 2016, check run will be due in the Business Office by 12:00 noon Wednesday, February 10, 2016.   This is to ensure files are transmitted to the bank in a timely manner. Checks will be ready for pickup at their normal time (12:00 noon) on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.  Please plan ahead for any and all your cash needs.

Very Important Reminder for Bi-Weekly Employees and Supervisors

All bi-weekly employees and supervisors: In addition to the web time entry reminder below, please be aware that the Business Office will be closed from December 24, 2015 through January 1, 2016. SPECIAL WEB TIME ENTRY DEADLINES WEB TIME ENTRY DEADLINES Employees are reminded that December 24th and 25th are University Holidays (UHOL), and that Friday, December 25, 2015 is the last day of the bi-weekly pay period. The EARLY deadline for Bi-weekly Web Time Entry, for the pay period IS 11:59 PM, Tuesday, December 22, 2015. Employees are to estimate their work hours for December 23rd. Any corrections and/or missed hours due to estimation should be reported to your supervisor. The supervisors should submit the corrections to the Payroll Department (Les Gearhart or Carolyn Deacon) to be processed on the next payroll. Please be sure you have submitted your work hours BEFORE leaving for the holiday week. Once all your time has been entered, please be sure to check the box to apply your electronic signature. All Bi-Weekly & Student Bi-Weekly SUPERVISORS: All employee web time entries must be approved by noon on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Time Sheets (paper) All Bi-weekly and Regular Student Worker time sheets are due in the Business Office by NOON, Wednesday, December 23, 2015, in order to be paid on Thursday, December 31, 2015**. **WHY?? The pay date for the above pay period is Thursday, December 31, 2015. This is due to the regularly scheduled pay date falling on a University Holiday (Friday, January 1, 2016).
