The committee operates on a July 1 - June 30 fiscal year. Proposals may be submitted at any time, but they are reviewed semiannually, in October and March.  The submission deadlines for the two rounds of evaluations for 2023-24 will be October 30, 2023, and March 22, 2024. 

The Committee will consider grants up to $9,999. Barring extraordinary circumstances, organizations are asked to limit their requests to one per fiscal year (July 1 through the following June 30).

When possible, please submit materials electronically as attachments (Word or PDF) to the committee at kbrinkley@wlu.edu.
