Allison Reed, a native of Charlottesville, Virginia, joined the development staff in 2015. Allison has spent the last five years working with secondary and undergraduate students through positions with Henrico County Public Schools as well as the University of Virginia. While working in the Office of the Dean of Students at the University of Virginia, Allison focused her work on first-generation, low-socioeconomic and underrepresented student populations. At W&L Allison is focused on educating students about philanthropy and engaging them as future supporters of W&L.

Areas of Responsibility: Management of undergraduate student philanthropy, senior gift campaign, and work study program; supports Annual Fund volunteers in the Classes of 2014-2017.
Hobbies/Interests: Travel, outdoor activities including kayaking and hiking. Trying out new recipes from the Food Network.
