Cassie is a native of New Jersey and is a Washington and Lee alumna. She began working in W&L’s development office immediately following her graduation in 2001. From 2003 to 2007 she served as director of the annual fund and from 2007 until 2010 she served as director of advancement operations. After two years as a senior associate with Bentz Whaley Flessner, Cassie returned to higher education at the University of Richmond, ultimately serving as director of advancement data and reporting. Cassie returned to W&L in 2015 to lead prospect development and research and in April 2016 returned to her previous position as director of advancement operations. Her husband, Greg, is 1997 graduate of W&L. Cassie and Greg reside in Botetourt County with their children, Conner and Katie.

Education: Washington and Lee University, B.A.

Areas of Responsibility: Management of prospect development and analytics.

Hobbies/Interests: When she’s not running her children around, Cassie is happiest with her nose buried in a book, baking or working on her family genealogy.
