Dining and Lodging

PLEASE NOTE:  Parents and Family Weekend 2018 will take place on September 28-30, 2018

Please join us on October 6-8, 2017, for Washington and Lee's 63rd annual Parents & Family Weekend celebration when we honor the parents and families of our students. The weekend will combine informational and recreational activities, giving parents the opportunity to meet with members of the faculty, review campus life, and participate in social events.

Online registration for Parents and Family Weekend 2017 is now open at go.wlu.edu/pfw-registration.

Out-of-town guests are requested to make their own reservations. Parents of First-Year students are urged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. Lodging Options in Lexington.

Many parents take advantage of Habitat Hotel, a fund-raising effort by our student Habitat for Humanity Chapter.  Faculty and staff open their homes to families for the weekend and families make a donation to the local Habitat chapter in exchange. During Parents and Family Weekend 2016, over $20,000 was raised for Habitat for Humanity.  Our students hope to match or even exceed that amount this fall.  The funds raised will be used for the construction of another Habitat House in Lexington. To make a reservation or ask a question about Habitat Hotel, contact co-chairs Thomas Thagard '18 or Owen Brannigan '18 at habitat@mail.wlu.edu.

Payments for rooms reserved through Habitat Hotel made may be made by sending a check to: "Habitat for Humanity" at 30 East Preston Street, Lexington, Virginia 24450. To pay by credit card, please call the Habitat for Humanity office at (540) 463-3770.
