Recruitment

Students must have completed 12 hours on campus with an earned minimum GPA of 2.5 to participate in formal Greek Recruitment.  Students wishing to participate in recruitment who fail to meet these requirements must request a special exception from the Director of Greek Life who will consider exceptions on a case by case basis.  As a general rule, first-year students who are taking incompletes in their coursework may participate in formal recruitment with the express understanding that 12 on-campus credit hours and a 2.5+ GPA must be completed no later than the end of the 15th class day (three weeks) into the next term.  If a student fails to meet these requirements, the fraternity/sorority chapter will be notified and the student must immediately discontinue new member activities.  The student may not initiate until these requirements are met.
