What is Generals Payment System (GPS)?

Generals Payment System (GPS) allows all students to view bills and make payments online. Each month when a new billing statement is ready, an email will be sent to each student's official W&L email address. Students must take action on GPS to share account access with parents and guardians. After sharing access, parents will receive a registration email to complete the set-up process for GPS. After set-up, parents will receive the monthly email notices when bills are available and they can pay bills or view account activity on GPS.
