*Confidential committee member letters
  Other faculty or colleague letters of support
*Most recent Five-Year Plan

          Statement on Teaching
        *List of courses taught
          Lists of individually mentored students (theses, independent studies, advisees)
          Peer observations and evaluations
        *Summary of student evaluations
          Current student letters of support
          Alumni student letters of support

           Statement on Research
         #Confidential formally solicited outside letters of evaluation by scholars in the discipline

          Statement on Service
          Chronological list of committee assignments or other service responsibilities

Supporting Materials (in a plastic or cardboard file box, with files identified)

          *FARs - since receiving tenure

          Individual files by course: syllabus, sample assignments and tests, raw
          student evaluations

         *Copies or off-prints of published or accepted work
          Copies of work submitted but not yet accepted
          Copies of work-in-progress
          Texts of invited lectures or presentations
          Texts of other lectures, talks, or presentations
          Copies of grant proposals funded, not funded, or pending
          Other pieces of scholarship or creative work not in the above categories
          Reviews and citations
