While the clarinet is best known for playing Western classical music, it also is very versatile with the ability to replicate different tonalities and timbres.  This concert explores this versatility through works imitating Japanese Shakuhachi flute, Indian ragas, East African nyatiti lyre, Balinese Gamelan, and Hindewhu whistle music.
