Move any data out of sakai.wlu.edu that you want to keep.
Your Box account will get moved out of the Enterprise Setting and will be converted to a personal account. It will still be linked to your W&L email address.
You will have LIFETIME email. If you forget your LIFETIME email please call 540-458-4357 weekdays during business hours and we will help you reset your password.
Thanks to W&L's Friends of the Library group, alumni have access to JSTOR and several other "library databases" via the Alumni office's Colonnade Connections online options. After graduation you'll have lifetime email access via the web. This includes online versions of the Office apps (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
If you have the full version of the Office 365 apps installed on your computer, you will have to purchase a license for those from Microsoft.
If you stored documents on OneDrive, either move them to a personal OneDrive or to your box account.
You may have to change password during the year at password.wlu.edu.
You will have access to Self-Service for one year after graduation, using your username and password, including your record of courses and grades. You will always be able to order official transcripts using the information and forms available from the University Registrar' website (http://go.wlu.edu/transcripts).
