Box is a file storage workspace allowing you to collaborate and share information with people both inside and outside the University.

ITS provides students and employees with Office365 accounts that include e-mail, appointments and meetings, file storage, collaboration and more.

ITS provides several options for conference calls, or teleconferences, as well as web conferences.

Web conferencing provides real-time communication, including video, audio and desktop-sharing, with anyone connected to the Internet. ITS recommends the use of Teams, included in the Office365 suite, or Zoom.
