Linking Performance to Compensation

Overall Performance Score

Each manager will provide an overall rating that should reflect the ratings of goals and competencies, but also include an assessment of the employee's overall performance. The manager's selected overall rating/score will feed the compensation system for annual salary increases.

Annual Salary Increases

The two factors determining an employee's range of increase possibilities are their overall performance score/rating and their salary's position within market reference range. The matrix of increase possibilities will be published prior to salary letter distribution.
