CTO Accrual Tables

Employees accrue paid time off each pay period according to the classification for their position.  It is important to also review the CTO policy. Click here to reivew the policy and answers to frequently asked questions about CTO accrual and usage.

The following CTO charts apply to full-time employees. Employees who are in the "part-time with partial benefits" (PTBE) category receive 30 hours of CTO upon employment and each work anniversary date thereafter.  The maximum accrual for PTBE is 45 hours.
