Coverage for some areas of the University may be required on holidays. The University reserves the right to schedule staff and administrators as needed to work on holidays. Department Directors will determine and make arrangements to schedule essential personnel to work on holidays. All Department Directors should provide Public Safety and University Facilities will a schedule of employees who are required to work during Employee Appreciation Holidays.
Employees in the "part-time with partial benefits" employment category who are regularly scheduled to work on Employee Appreciation Holidays are eligible for those paid holidays.
