Departmental Telecommunications Policy Appendix A

As of January 1, 2007, the monthly stipend rates are as follows:

• Voice Only: $31
• Data Only: $30
• Voice and Data: $60
• Any of the above plans plus text messaging: additional $5

In addition to the above stipends, employees who qualify for data service may receive a one-time stipend of up to $100 for a Blackberry© or similar device.
