Tax Return Non-Filers
2015 Tax Non-Filer Statement for Parent: Parents who are not required to file a federal tax return for the 2015 tax year should submit this non-filer statement in lieu of a tax return.

W&L International Grant Supplement: International students applying for W&L need-based grants must submit this form.
W&L International Student Certification of Finances: International students applying for W&L need-based grants must submit this form directly to the Office of Financial Aid.
Appeals and Special Circumstances
Noncustodial Parent Waiver Request for 2017-18: Applicants who would like to request the waiver of the Non-Custodial Parent PROFILE application should submit this form.
Notification of Late W&L Aid Application - Returning undergraduate who will not complete their 2017-18 W&L need-based aid application by the June 1, 2017 deadline must submit this form.
Notification of Special Circumstances for 2017-18: Students wanting to submit additional information regarding the family's ability to contribute to college should submit this form. The Notification of Special Circumstances form is also required of anyone wishing to appeal the current financial aid award.
Notification of Special Circumstances for 2016-17: This form is required of students wanting to appeal the current financial aid award for 2016-17.
Financial Aid Committee Petition: Aid recipients who have been notified by the Financial Aid Office that they are not meeting the GPA requirement necessary for maintaining their aid eligibility may submit this petition
Refund Request Form: If a credit exists on the student account after all tuition, fees, and University-billed expenses are paid, the student may complete this form to request the refund credit via mail or wire.
