Dani Roberts serves as the Assistant Director of Inclusion and Engagement. Reporting to the Dean for Diversity, Inclusion and Student Engagement, he is responsible for advising and developing diversity and social justice programs for the W&L community. In his role, Dani also collaborates with various offices and campus organizations to support and empower students from historically excluded identity groups. Dani's areas of interest in diversity, equity and inclusion are in activism/advocacy, inclusive program design, and restorative justice practices.
