Lauren assists students and alumni of all majors and career interests. Her advising focus areas are Accounting; Entrepreneurship and Business; Consulting; Finance; and Real Estate.

Lauren joined the Career Development team in December of 2019 and serves as the ‪Director of Business Advising and Recruitment. She works with students to aid in career exploration, job and internship searches, interview preparation, and general professional development. Lauren assists students in all areas of interest but has expertise in the finance, consulting, accounting, and real estate industries. She also works with alumni to develop recruiting relationships with employers in these industries and to provide ongoing career development advice and resources.‬‬‬
On campus, Lauren also serves as the primary advisor for the Diversified Capital Group, the first minority student-run investment organization, and as a volunteer assistant coach for the W&L Women’s Lacrosse Team.

Prior to joining W&L, Lauren worked in the investment management industry at Goldman Sachs in Washington, D.C. as well as Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers in New York. She received a BA in Politics from Princeton University in 2006, where she was a senior captain on the Women’s Lacrosse Team. Lauren currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Tewaaraton Foundation and the Board of Advisors for the Princeton Friends Lacrosse Group.

A native of Lexington, Lauren is happy to be back in town and enjoys coming to campus for athletic events and walks around campus with her husband Sam Stockstill and their twins, William and Ellie.
