Erin joined the Washington and Lee development office in 2019. She brings to W&L over ten years of experience in higher education, working in development and alumni relations at her alma mater, Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina, and at Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Throughout her time in higher education, she has most enjoyed working with hundreds of volunteers to foster and strengthen relationships between alumni and their schools. Erin and her husband Stephen live in Salisbury, North Carolina, and have two children, Ryan and Edie.

Education: Catawba College, B.A.

Areas of Responsibility: Leads and manages the reunion giving program.

Hobbies/Interests: Reading, music, waterskiing, boating, spending time with family
