Ronni Gardner Director of Parent Giving

Ronni Miller Gardner has been with the W&L development office since 2005 following 12 years in university advancement at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ronni brings to W&L experience in fundraising, public relations and special event management. She also led the fundraising for the University Chapel & Museum renovation in 2006 and the related endowment campaign. Ronni lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and serves W&L from her home office when she is not in Lexington. She is married to Paul Gardner, Associate Dean of the UNC School of Dentistry, and has two children, Tucker and Lily.

Education: University of Florida, B.S.

Areas of Responsibility: Management of W&L's parent giving program; editorial contributor for Women In General, W&L's electronic newsletter on alumnae and philanthropy.

Hobbies/Interests: Spending weekends watching sports, especially the Tar Heels and the St. Louis Cardinals, reading (not enough!), cooking and taking long walks with her hound dog Homer.
