Allergy Friendly Zone in The Marketplace
We will keep the "Allergy Friendly Zone" to provide a safe area for students with food allergies and sensitivities. This station will be equipped with dedicated equipment like panini press, waffle iron, toaster, and granite machine to complement the dairy alternative and gluten free cases.
Vegan and Vegetarian Options
We are dedicated to provide creative, nutritious and delicious menu options for vegan and vegetarian diets. Guests may choose from an assortment of vegan and vegetarian options daily. Favorites will be found at the V2 (Vegan/Vegetarian) Kitchen in The Marketplace and at the E. Cafe in Hillel House.
