Washington and Lee University Catering proudly serves the campus and local community with a variety of catering options. Based in Evans Hall, our team can accommodate events ranging from 15 to 500 guests at both on-campus and off-site locations. Availability

University Catering requests a minimum of two weeks’ notice prior to an event. This notice allows ample time for event preparation that will guarantee our best possible services. Members of the Washington and Lee community are encouraged to schedule events as far in advance as possible to ensure calendar availability.

Event Guarantee

University Catering realizes that unexpected circumstances may occur that require changes to an event. We will make every effort to accommodate changes. However, we ask that any variations, including number of guests, be confirmed with the Catering Manager or Catering Supervisor within 72 hours prior to the event.
