Digital Communications offers trainings once a month for faculty and staff. If you would like to attend one of these sessions, please review the schedule below and fill out a Training Request ticket.
Trainings may include any of the following:
- Intro to Ingeniux: A basic training for new users or current users who want to learn about basic page creation and editing in the Ingeniux, our content management system.
- Profile Pages: An introductory session designed for faculty members and department web editors who wish to add and edit content on faculty and staff profile pages, which are used to populate department directory listings.
- SiteImprove: A basic overview of the SiteImprove system, which tracks broken links and misspellings throughout our site. Users must also be trained in Ingeniux to fix these errors.
- Campus Notices: An review of the campus notices system, which includes:
- Public Events Calendar
- Tripsaver / Venue Hours
- Department Announcements
