London Internship Program (summer)
The Williams School sponsors a seven-week program that combines classroom study and internships with firms in and around London. Students are matched with businesses and not-for-profits based upon their professional interests. In addition to the internship and classes, students are able to participate in London Week, which is an opportunity to visit Washington and Lee alumni at their jobs and learn more about specific industries.

Students participating in the Sydney, Australia combined internship and study abroad program will travel to Sydney in late February to undertake a full course load, including a semester-long internship, at the University of Sydney. Before departing to Sydney, qualified students can also complete a 6-week winter internship in the U.S. for 3 course credits. The Sweet Briar Junior Year in France is the oldest coeducational intercollegiate program in Paris. Junior Year in Spain is a coeducational, intercollegiate study abroad program sponsored by Sweet Briar College, Virginia, which works in affiliation with the University of Seville, a prestigious 500-year-old institution of higher learning.
