GEOL 373: Regional Geology of Iceland

This course is a capstone-like jewel that is savored by the geology majors. They each get a chance to take at least one regional geology course. This course in particular will explore the unique geology of Iceland, a coincident hot spot and mid-ocean ridge that is glaciated and inhabited by folk trying to make the most of the resources they have.

This course is open only to geology majors.

Program fee (paid to W&L): $1,000 This includes all expenses - airfare, ground transportation, accommodation, most meals etc.
