Samuel T. Wilmoth '09
Sam Wilmoth is a 2009 graduate and was a European History major. While at W&L, he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, served as a History Department peer tutor, and participated in the English department's creative writing program. One of his favorite W&L experiences was the 2008 spring term trip to Italy with Professors Alex Brown and Rebecca Benefiel for a course in Pompeii and Rome. Following graduation, Sam stayed in Lexington to help James Dick run the 2009 Appalachian Adventure pre-orientation program.
Sam is a 2013 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Law Review.
Sam is an Associate with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Sam's practice focuses on the representation of developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate. He has particular experience representing clients in buying or selling apartment properties, development of single tenant restaurants and multi-tenant shopping centers, and development of mixed-use projects in urban areas.
