How We Label
W&L Dining Services is dedicated to accommodating our students, faculty and staff who have food allergies, intolerances, religious restrictions, vegetarian/vegan preferences, or other dietary needs. We make every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause food allergies and designate these with our allergen icons on our menus, and avoid cross-contamination. We are here to help you make healthy choices, safely and easily.
