The Washington and Lee University Food Pantry is an initiative that is sponsored and supported by the Division of Student Affairs.
The Division of Student Affairs identified a need for a food pantry at W&L that aims to alleviate food insecurity among students by providing emergency food to those in need.

Donations of food items and funds for the purchase of quality food items are most welcome. The Food Pantry is made possible through the Division of Student Affairs and the generous support of faculty, staff, students, and friends.

The Food Pantry is located on the third (top) floor of the Elrod Commons. It is easily accessed by the stairwell or elevator closest to Cafe 77.
Located in the same service area as the Food Pantry are the FLIP Lending Library and the Career Development Clothing Closet.
The Lending Library is a donated collection of new and used textbooks and available to students at no charge. Learn more about FLIP and student-organized programming for first-generation and low-income students.
The Clothing Closet is a donated collection of new and used professional attire for students entering the interview and job search process. Visit the Office of Career and Professional Development and learn more about their efforts to support students above and beyond resume writing.
